Superb Boutique Stay!
friendly staff clean room convenient location
The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and well kept. The location was conveniently close to key attractions and a supermarket, a very practical advantage. The level of service, a detail I deeply appreciate.
The hallway carpets are quite thick. I found rolling luggage slightly challenging.

A Few Disappointments During My Stay
thick carpets unenthusiastic staff
The initial welcome was subpar. I found myself requesting assistance with my luggage. The staff did not seem particularly enthusiastic about it. The hallway carpets are overly thick. the steps in the hallways should be replaced with a ramp for better accessibility.

The location was excellent. It was just a short walk to various tourist destinations. The buffet breakfast had many tasty options. IT WAS very convenient.
The room was small. It was difficult to open two luggages simultaneously. The staff did not provide the welcome i anticipated.

clean room great location
The room was clean and the beds were great. the customer service was amazing. Also the location is great with a pool to cool down.

excellent location helpful staff friendly staff
The location was excellent, being close to the champs elysees and arc de triomphe. i walked to a supermarket easily. It was only two minutes away. the staff were helpful and friendly.

attentive staff clean rooms convenient location
The staff were very attentive. The rooms were very clean. The location provides easy access to the Champs Elysees and metro stations. The gym includes new equipment.
The hallway carpets are very thick, so rolling luggage is difficult.
